Come to our Soiree Grace and Fire a fund raising garden soiree at “Terroux” on Saturday 29 March from 4 -7 pm. This is to raise funds for the Wallaroo Bush Fire Brigade and Canberra Refugee Support. Enjoy a glass of wine, delicious light snacks, superb entertainment with Dancecology a contemporary dance troupe from Taiwan and Zambezi sounds, an African band with breathtaking views garden views just 10 minutes from Hall Village. Dancecology will delight you as they dance through the garden and then listen the sounds of African drums as the sun sets. Heal and Grow 12 February 2013

WiCK consulting announces a Heal and Grow workshop will be run on 18,19 March.  This program is designed for people who have been recently diagnosed with a significant illness, have a chronic illness or just have a keen focus on their well-being.   The workshop will give participants an understanding of the components of well-being and how to achieve it as well as gaining motivation to develop their own well-being pathway with achievable goals and practical actions.     The program is endorsed and supported by a Medical Practitioner.

Garden Soiree 27 November 2012

WiCK consulting is presenting a  soiree with Mirramu Creative Arts Centre on December 1. It includes performances by Taiwanese contemporary dance group Danceology and local Opera trio Three’s a Crowd.  It is also a fundraising event to support the Zonta Club of Canberra in its work to provided service and advocacy to improve the health and status of women and for Retina Australia ACT, a respected medical research charity and a nationwide organisation providing support for those affected by retinitis pigmentosa.

Global Corporate Challenge 21 October 2012

WiCK Consulting successfully completed the Global Corporate Challenge – the world’s largest health and wellness program! We had two teams of seven who are officially the most WiCKEd walkers in the world by walking 11,288 km or a daily average of 11,626 steps. This burnt a total 2,963,209 kj or a person average of 1,953 kj per day.  This means we burnt off  1,482  large burgers or 4,383 glasses of red wine or 2,836 slices of cake! Yahoo!
